We're looking for a Product Executive to join our growing Product team, helping shape and deliver compelling cruise products across our specialist brands SixStarCruises.co.uk and RiverVoyages.com. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with travel industry experience who thrives on combining commercial thinking, supplier relationships and product creativity.

Due to continued growth and a restructure of our Product teams, we're expanding and recruiting Commercial Managers across our leading cruise brands. Whether your expertise lies in mainstream ocean cruising or the luxury and river cruise sector, this is an exciting opportunity to influence strategy, grow supplier partnerships and drive commercial success.
What You Will Do
Create and develop compelling cruise, fly-cruise and cruise-and-stay packages
Work closely with cruise line partners to negotiate exclusive offers and competitive rates
Analyse supplier and business performance to identify commercial opportunities and market trends
Monitor competitors, pricing and promotional activity to ensure we stay ahead of the market
Ensure product content, pricing and availability remain accurate across websites and marketing channels
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Web Development teams to deliver successful campaigns and product launches
Lead engaging product briefings and share key supplier updates with internal teams
Continuously review and improve the customer journey and website experience
About You
Experience in a Product role within the travel industry, ideally cruise
Strong destination knowledge and commercial awareness
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive problem-solver who enjoys working collaboratively
Positive, enthusiastic and motivated to make a difference
