PLEDGE and Partnership Manager

Location: ASB Help does not have a fixed office, and this role is home based. Some travel for the role will be required in terms of PLEDGE certificate presentations, attending events, training, conferences, and team away days.
Working hours: This role is part-time based on 21 hours per week. The holder of this role will also be expected to deputise for the CEO where necessary. Secondments from local authority, police or housing will be considered.
Salary: Starting salary is £32,000 pro rota increasing to £35,000 on successful completion of a 6-month probationary period.

We are delighted to announce that we are recruiting for a PLEDGE and Partnership Manager, a vital role within our charity and one that plays a key part in helping us achieve our mission of ensuring victims’ voices are heard and organisations are equipped to deliver the best possible support.
What you should know about this role
The PLEDGE and Partnership Manager leads the delivery and development of the ASB Help PLEDGE programme, working with organisations across England and Wales to promote best practice in delivering the ASB Case Review. The role is central to helping organisations improve services, supporting practitioners with guidance and resources, and ensuring victims receive the understanding and support they deserve.
This is a varied and rewarding position which includes:
Leading and promoting the ASB Help PLEDGE programme.
Developing resources, guidance and best practice content.
Supporting practitioners and victims through advice and information.
Delivering training, workshops and presentations.
Building partnerships and collaborative networks across the sector.
Representing ASB Help at events, conferences and forums.
Supporting the development of campaigns and initiatives that improve outcomes for victims.
Who are we looking for?
We’re searching for someone who brings operational experience of managing anti-social behaviour cases and who understands the challenges faced by both victims and practitioners. You’ll be a confident communicator, passionate about partnership working, comfortable presenting to a range of audiences, and motivated by the opportunity to influence positive change across the sector.
Whether you currently work within a local authority, housing provider, police service or another related organisation, this could be an opportunity to take your experience and use it to make a difference on a national scale. Secondments from local authorities, housing providers and police services will also be considered
