Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday between the hours of 8.30am – 5.00pm, with one late shift per week 9.30am - 6.00pm

Start Date: 21st September 2026, must be available for the full 4 Weeks remote training from the start date.
Here’s what you’ll be doing with us a Pet Claims Handler:
Processing new and continuing Claims
Checking invoices and medical records
Providing front line assistance for customers in all key claims-related activity and across a range of communication channels
Working at pace to ensure we’re responding to customers within a reasonable time frame
Our wishlist of your previous experience as a Pet Claims Handler:
Experience working within a veterinary practice
Strong customer service experience
The ability to work to targets, deadlines and prioritise own workload
Excellent attention to detail
