Are you ready to drive the global visibility and trust of one of the world's leading educational publishers?
Twinkl is seeking a proactive and analytically-minded Organic Growth Executive to join our team. This hybrid role is your chance to make a measurable impact by mastering both on-site SEO and crucial off-site authority building, ensuring Twinkl’s educational resources are high-quality, discoverable, and trusted by educators worldwide.
You will operate at the intersection of content quality, technical SEO, and digital PR, working closely with Organic Growth Strategists, Content Managers, and central/global teams.
What You Will Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
You will be the engine behind our organic expansion and digital reputation, with core responsibilities including:
Driving Organic Optimisation: Executing localised SEO tweaks, including metadata updates, internal linking improvements, and keyword mapping. You will also research emerging keywords, competitor activity, and education trends to keep us ahead.
Building Authority and Partnerships: Researching and securing critical off-site authority opportunities, such as PR placements, influencer collaborations, and strategic partnerships. This includes executing outreach campaigns and coordinating external content creation to strengthen our brand's authority.
Ensuring Quality and Relevance: Acting as a crucial quality control point, reviewing localised resources for editorial accuracy, curriculum alignment, and cultural nuance. You will provide structured feedback to central teams to continuously improve automation and content templates.
YouTube Visibility: Optimising YouTube assets—titles, thumbnails, and descriptions—to surface new opportunities and track performance over time.
Reporting and Insight: Translating complex SEO, YouTube, and authority dashboards into clear, actionable reports that explain local growth trends to strategists and wider teams.
Collaborating for Impact: Sharing insights and feedback loops with PR leads, education leads, and strategists to amplify both visibility and digital authority.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualities)
We are looking for a candidate who is motivated by the impact on education and possesses the following:
Skills & Experience:
A strong professional background in SEO, digital marketing, PR, or outreach roles.
Solid knowledge of SEO best practices and practical experience with keyword research.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, essential for effective outreach and clear reporting.
An analytical mindset, with confidence in interpreting data to adapt and inform strategy.
Strong attention to detail and editorial accuracy.
Proven relationship-building skills with partners, media, and influencers.
Desirable: Experience with YouTube optimisation.
Personal Qualities:
Teacher-first mindset: You are motivated by our impact on education.
Curious and Proactive: You naturally spot emerging opportunities and trends.
Collaborative: You thrive working effectively across central, global, and local teams.
Organised and Resilient: You are able to manage multiple pipelines concurrently.
