    About the Role

    We’re looking for an Organic Creative Strategist to shape HungryMinds’ organic presence and narrative across TikTok, Instagram, and influencer channels.You’ll drive the creative strategy behind our content — from ideas and briefs to production and post-launch insights — ensuring everything we put out feels fresh, authentic, and on-brand. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and lead organic social strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement, focusing on TikTok and creator-led formats.

    • Research cultural and content trends, and translate them into actionable creative directions and briefs.

    • Work closely with creators, influencers, and internal content teams to produce scroll-stopping, shareable content.

    • Concept, script, and oversee production of UGC-style and trend-based videos that align with brand voice.

    • Monitor content performance and continuously optimize creative approach based on insights.

    • Collaborate with Paid, Influencer, and Brand teams to ensure organic learnings inform paid creative and vice versa.

    Requirements

    • 4+ years of experience in creative strategy, content creation, or social media marketing (in-house brand or agency).

    • Deep understanding of TikTok ecosystem, trends, and storytelling formats.

    • Proven ability to work with creators and influencer networks.

    • Sharp sense of cultural trends, tone, and timing.

    • Strong communication and creative briefing skills.

    • Data-driven mindset with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.

    Nice to Have

    • Experience in wellness, lifestyle, or beauty brands.

    • Understanding of influencer marketing metrics and UGC production workflow.

    • Ability to ideate quickly and test creative variations at scale.
