Who we are looking for:
We are seeking to employ an Operations Administrator, on a fixed term 12-month contract, to be part of a small team administering both the operational and financial activities of the IT team. This role will require good organisational and administrative skills as well as the ability to work well with a wide range of people from internal staff to suppliers. Strong candidates will have a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications and demonstrate experience in an administrative setting. The role will involve administering hardware and software orders liaising with suppliers and end users as well as administering all financial aspects of the IT teams operations including recording and tracking purchase orders, invoicing and supplier queries.
This is a home-based role and there is no requirement for regular travel.
This is for a full-time role, 35 hours per week. The salary is £27,892.00 per annum.
