Position: Onboarding Executive
Location: Remote
Salary: up to £26,000 per annum plus commission
Due to continued success, we are currently recruiting for Onboarding Executives to join the OneTempdent Team. This role is a critical part of the learner's Tempdent journey as you will help them to be ready to succeed from day one.
In this role, you will play a key part in being the front door to Tempdent, you will be the first experience for our learners of who we are and how we work. The Onboarding Team play a critical role in the learner journey, ensuring every journey starts smoothly, confidently and with clarity.
Key activities in this role include...
Providing information and guidance to prospective learners
Updating/uploading learner details on to our databases
Assisting in effectively administering requirements of government funded training programmes paperwork
Liaising with awarding and funding bodies
Requirements
What we need from you...
The ability to prioritise and plan work effectively
Experience in meeting deadlines
Proficiency in using Office software packages
Experience of working within Work Based Learning programmes (desirable)
Experience of meeting funding body contract requirements (desirable)
