Location: Great Chesterford (Essex/Cambridge border), or hybrid or remote. The role involves some travel nationally, sometimes requiring overnight stays.
Working hours: 35 hrs per week (plus one hour unpaid lunch break), Monday to Friday, though flexibility is expected including occasional weekend working. Usually 9-5, but some flexibility.
Salary: £40,944 – £49,771; plus 7% pension contribution

ISA is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable professional to work alongside our Director of Education in supporting member schools with high-quality, evolving SEND provision. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to national networks, share best practice, and help schools navigate the ever-changing SEND landscape.

ISA has a small team of staff working to support the Heads of nearly 800 independent schools. Our schools are diverse and largely challenge the common stereotype of what an independent school is like.Salary range: £40,944 – £49,771; plus 7% pension contribution
Contract: Permanent Contract (with probationary period) and subject to checks that include the right to work in the UK.
Hours of Work: 35 hrs per week (plus one hour unpaid lunch break), Monday to Friday, though flexibility is expected including occasional weekend working. Usually 9-5, but some flexibility.
Holiday Entitlement: 25 days per annum, plus up to 8 bank holidays. Holidays must be taken outside of published school term times. Also, possibility of termtime only contract (39 weeks per year).
