About Vintage.com
At Vintage.com, we’re building the most trusted platform for pre-loved items. We help people give valuable things a new life, making the experience simple, transparent and rewarding.
We bring together specialist knowledge, thoughtful technology and genuine care for our customers. By helping more items stay in circulation, we create value for people and make a positive impact at the same time.
About the Team
Our Growth Team helps more people discover Vintage.com and turn that discovery into customers. We bring together performance marketing, creative, data and experimentation to understand what works, reach the right audiences and grow our customer base across the UK and international markets.
Paid Social plays an important part in that growth. The team combines data, creative thinking and continuous testing to run campaigns that reach new audiences, generate high-quality leads and help us understand how we can grow efficiently. Why This Role Matters
Why the role exists
As a Paid Social Executive, you’ll help build, run and improve the Paid Social campaigns that introduce more customers to Vintage.com.
Meta will be your main focus. You’ll already have practical experience working directly in Meta Ads Manager and will use that experience to build campaigns, monitor performance, make optimisations and support ongoing creative testing across multiple markets.
This isn’t an organic social or generalist digital marketing role. You’ll spend a significant amount of your time working directly with Paid Social campaigns, particularly across Facebook and Instagram.
You don’t need to have encountered every Paid Social challenge already. We’re open to someone who is still developing their experience, provided you have strong Meta foundations, understand the fundamentals of campaign performance and are comfortable getting hands-on.
Alongside Meta, you’ll have the opportunity to build experience across channels such as TikTok, Twitter/X, Reddit and Pinterest as we continue developing and expanding our Paid Social mix. What success looks like
You’re confident working directly in Meta Ads Manager and become increasingly independent in day-to-day campaign execution.
Meta campaigns are built, launched and monitored accurately, with the correct objectives, audiences, budgets, creative and tracking in place.
Campaign performance is reviewed regularly and appropriate optimisation decisions are made using the available data.
You understand what is driving changes in performance and know when to act, investigate further or ask for support.
Creative formats, hooks, messaging and audiences are tested regularly and learnings are clearly captured.
Tracking and conversion data is checked and issues are identified quickly.
Paid Social performance contributes to efficient customer acquisition and high-quality lead generation.
You continue developing your knowledge of Meta while building experience across other Paid Social platforms.
