    We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Media and Digital Administrator to join our Events and Brand Engagement Department. This role is central to producing high-quality visual and multimedia content that supports our mission to engage stakeholders and promote the work of PDS. You will work closely with the wider team to ensure our digital and print materials are visually compelling, accessible, and aligned with our brand.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and produce a wide range of visual content for both online and offline use, including:

      • Infographics

      • Social media graphics

      • Presentation visuals

      • Short videos and animations

      • GIFs and digital banners

    • Maintain and update digital content across websites, intranet, and social media platforms.

    • Ensure all visual content meets accessibility standards and is inclusive for diverse audiences.

    • Collaborate with the Junior Copywriter to align visual and written content for campaigns, events, and publications.

    • Support the development and implementation of brand guidelines across all media.

    • Assist in the planning and delivery of digital campaigns and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

    • Manage digital asset libraries and ensure consistent use of branding elements.

    What you need to succeed in the role

    • Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar).

    • Strong understanding of digital content formats and accessibility best practices.

    • Experience creating engaging visual content for social media, websites, and print.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, professional output.

    • Strong team player with a collaborative and creative mindset.

    Desirable Skills

    • Experience in public sector communications or working with mission-driven organisations.

    • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, SharePoint).

    • Basic video editing and animation skills.

    • Understanding of branding and visual identity principles.

    Working Arrangements

    This is a remote role. 

    All applicants must be eligible to undergo NPPV3 (Non Police Personnel Vetting Level 3) and SC vetting clearances. Successful applicants will require NPPV3 clearance to have been cleared before starting with PDS.
