A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full time Business Administrator within the RAF Personal Support and Social Work Service (RAF PS & SWS).
About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and flexible individual for the role of Business Administrator. Your role will be to coordinate and manage a range of administrative duties that support the delivery of the Personal Support & Social Work Service, including the dissemination and collation of key information and data, supporting quality assurance activities, and providing administrative support for meetings and training events. As a Business Administrator, you will support the Business Support and Development Manager to develop administrative systems and processes in line with service modernisation and integration.
About the team
You will be a member of the Business Support Team with responsibility for developing and maintaining a range of administrative systems that support and promote the delivery of the Personal Support & Social Work Service to the RAF Community within the UK.
About you
To carry out this role successfully, you will be able to establish good working relationships, working as part of a team and supporting others remotely. You will be able to work on your own initiative to manage time effectively, meet deadlines and prioritise workload and have good organisation skills with high attention to detail. You will be proficient in MS Office applications including, but not limited to, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and OneDrive and be comfortable and confident using digital technology.
