Employer: Brain in Hand
Location: Remote (UK), with occasional travel (Exeter hub)
Working hours: 40 hours per week, with a 9-day fortnight (every other Friday off)
Salary: Circa £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

The role
We’re building a lean, high-impact commercial team, and this role is central to making our marketing actually happen.
You’ll be the person who keeps campaigns, events and systems running smoothly. From building campaigns in HubSpot to coordinating webinars and managing lead data, you’ll make sure everything is delivered properly and on time.
This isn’t a strategy role. It’s about execution. You’ll be hands-on, detail-focused, and comfortable juggling multiple moving parts.

What you’ll be doing
Campaign execution
Build and deploy campaigns in HubSpot (emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, lists and reporting)
Manage segmentation, scheduling and QA to ensure quality and deliverability
Support campaign delivery including timelines, approvals, assets and coordination
Events (in-person and online)
Coordinate events end-to-end, including suppliers, logistics, materials and delivery
Manage assets such as briefs, deadlines, print, shipping and contingencies
Track outcomes including lead capture, follow-up and reporting
Webinars
Own webinar logistics including speakers, invites, registration pages, reminders and rehearsals
Manage post-webinar follow-up, assets and content reuse
Marketing operations
Maintain marketing systems, naming conventions, assets and documentation
Keep lead data clean and accurate including uploads, deduplication and tracking
Maintain dashboards and simple reporting on campaign and lead performance
Support website updates directly or via agency
Brief and coordinate external freelancers such as designers or SEO consultants
Adapt and repurpose existing assets using templates such as Canva
Social and distribution
Manage day-to-day social media activity, primarily LinkedIn
Schedule content, monitor engagement and maintain consistency
Support distribution across email, partnerships and other channels
What you’ll bring
Experience
Experience in a marketing executive, marketing ops or campaign support role
Ideally B2B experience (health, wellbeing, tech or services helpful but not essential)
Hands-on experience using HubSpot or a similar platform
Familiarity with social media tools and managing LinkedIn activity
Experience coordinating freelancers or external partners
How you work

Strong attention to detail, especially with data, emails, links and tracking
Comfortable working independently and maintaining momentum
Clear communicator who can coordinate across teams and chase what’s needed
