Salary: £45,000 - £54,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We're looking for an organised, proactive and commercially minded Marketing and Events Manager to lead Local Partnerships' event and webinar programme.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll take ownership of our annual events calendar, delivering high-quality conferences, roundtables and webinars that raise our profile, strengthen relationships and support business development.
This is a hands-on role where you'll manage every stage of the event lifecycle, working closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure every event delivers measurable value and supports our wider marketing and commercial objectives.
You'll be responsible for:
Planning and delivering our annual programme of in-person and virtual events.
Managing end-to-end event delivery, from logistics and speaker management to on-the-day coordination and evaluation.
Working with Practice Heads, Client Development and Business Development to engage priority audiences.
Coordinating CRM capture and post-event follow-up to support pipeline development.
Managing relationships with venues, suppliers and delivery partners.
Monitoring event performance, reporting on ROI and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Supporting the wider marketing team with event promotion and campaign activity.
We're looking for someone with:
Experience delivering high-quality B2B events, webinars and stakeholder engagement activity.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
A commercial mindset and an understanding of how events support business development.
Experience using CRM systems and virtual event platforms.
Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders and external partners.
