Our Made to Measure Assisted Sales Advisors are expert sales professionals who help customers turn inspiration into reality, guiding them through every stage of their window treatment journey. From choosing the perfect product to arranging measurement, placing orders and coordinating installation, you'll deliver a seamless and personalised experience that drives both customer satisfaction and sales success.

This is a customer-obsessed, sales-focused role for self-motivated individuals who thrive on building relationships, converting opportunities, and delivering exceptional experiences. You'll manage a mix of inbound enquiries and outbound sales activity, helping customers confidently choose from our range of curtains, blinds, shutters and accessories.
Success in this role comes from blending consultative selling expertise with energy, ownership and a passion for achieving results. You'll be proactive in identifying opportunities, confident in guiding purchasing decisions, and committed to delivering a brilliant end-to-end customer journey.
What you'll be doing
Deliver a proactive, sales-led consultation experience, guiding customers through every stage of their Made to Measure journey, from inspiration and product selection through to measurement, ordering and installation.
Manage and convert a variety of sales opportunities, including customer appointments, outbound calls, sample order follow-ups, store referrals and website enquiries.
Use consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs, recommend the most suitable curtains, blinds, shutters and accessories, and confidently support purchasing decisions.
Take ownership of every lead, following up with pace, persistence and professionalism to maximise conversion while delivering a personalised customer experience.
Maintain accurate customer records, lead status updates and order progression, ensuring clear communication and timely updates throughout the customer journey.
Build strong relationships with customers, creating a seamless and engaging experience that inspires confidence and trust.
Collaborate with store teams, digital colleagues, customer contact centre teams, fitters, manufacturing partners and the wider Made to Measure team to resolve queries and remove barriers.
Ensure customers receive a high-quality, end-to-end service that exceeds expectations and supports successful sales outcomes.
What we'll look for in youProven sales experience, ideally within home furnishings, interiors, retail, or a consultative sales environment.
Confidence in conducting virtual consultations using digital tools, helping customers visualise products and make informed purchasing decisions remotely.
Strong influencing, negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of converting opportunities and achieving sales targets.
A self-motivated, results-driven approach, with the initiative to proactively create and maximise sales opportunities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to deliver a personalised and engaging customer experience.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple customer journeys and priorities effectively.
The ability to work independently in a remote environment while also collaborating effectively with colleagues across multiple teams.
Knowledge of made to measure curtains, blinds, shutters and accessories would be advantageous, although full product training will be provided.
A genuine interest in home décor, interiors and customer experience, with a passion for helping customers create the right solution for their homes.
An awareness of industry trends, competitor products and market developments, enabling you to confidently position our products and demonstrate their value to customers.
