      Mencap is looking for a Learning Delivery Coordinator on a part time (30 hours per week) permanent basis, to support our Co‑Trainers who have a learning disability and/or who are autistic. You’ll help them feel ready, supported, and empowered to deliver training that makes a real difference.

       

      What will you do?

      • Build positive, trusting relationships with Co‑Trainers

      • Offer regular wellbeing check‑ins

      • Plan schedules, travel, and accessibility needs

      • Make sure Co‑Trainers feel prepared before each session

      • Keep accurate records of hours, attendance, and availability

      • Support new Co‑Trainers during onboarding

      • Work closely with Practice Development Facilitators

      • Champion inclusive practice and amplify lived‑experience voices

      • Support internal record keeping and compliance

      This role mixes people support, planning, and meaningful impact.

      You’ll play a key part in making sure Co‑Trainers feel encouraged, prepared, and valued. Your work will help shape training that reflects real lived experience and improves the support Mencap provides. Experience supporting people with a learning disability or autistic people is essential.
