Main Purpose of Position
The Learner Recruitment Officer will be responsible for recruiting into apprenticeship vacancies that are generated by the commercial team. This will include providing high quality IAG to ensure right learner on right programme, Advertising and shortlisting candidates. You will also our Study Programme colleagues to support positive destinations for our learner on these programmes.
The Learner Recruitment Officer will be a dynamic individual who is able to develop and maintain positive relationships with the full range of referral partners within your local communities, as well as engage and motivate young people.
