    • Own the invoicing system, optimizing it to provide a seamless experience for Customers while ensuring accuracy for internal financial reporting.

    • Continuously optimize billing workflows to improve revenue collection, reduce billing errors, and minimize manual financial reconciliation.

    • Balance the need for custom commercial flexibility with the requirement for a standardized, resilient pricing platform.

    Stakeholder & Vendor Management

    • Act as the primary product point of contact for Sales & Finance regarding all things billing & pricing, as well as for billing platforms.

    • Collaborate closely with Sales and Finance leaders to align on pricing structures, discount logic, and revenue trade-offs.

    • Evaluate market trends and billing technologies to inform "build vs. buy" decisions for our financial stack.

    Customer & Data-Driven Leadership

    • Use customer feedback, market benchmarks, and financial data to inform pricing experimentation and billing improvements.

    • Champion a transparent billing experience that builds trust with our customers while empowering internal teams with accurate data.

    • Clearly communicate the impact of pricing changes and billing updates across the organization.

    Core Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in a B2B, highly cross-functional environment.

    • Proven experience partnering closely with Engineering and Finance teams to build complex, logic-heavy systems.

    • Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to model the financial impact of product decisions.

    • Demonstrated experience operating in international, multi-cultural environments, working effectively across regions, time zones, and stakeholder groups.

    • A proactive, resilient, and adaptable approach, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
