Hiring: Support the full recruitment lifecycle, using AI tools for sourcing, scheduling, and evaluation.
Onboarding: Own and execute a seamless and welcoming new hire onboarding process.
Learning & Development: Assist with learning & development programs, including coordination, content creation, and tracking.
HR Support: Maintain accurate HRIS records, provide administrative support, and help organize company events.
What we’re looking for 🎯
2+ years of experience in HR (recruitment, learning & development, HR admin, etc.)
Genuine excitement for using AI and technology to improve HR processes.
A core belief in serving others and a passion for supporting colleagues.
A high level of proactivity, initiative, and complete ownership of your work.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strong organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Resilience, resourcefulness, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
