As our organisation continues to grow, we are seeking an IT Service Administrator to join our IT Service Desk team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis and play a vital role in managing IT procurement requests and supporting the operational needs of the business.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Coordinating the procurement of IT equipment from a variety of suppliers
Overseeing the entire order process, which includes monitoring the status, liaising with suppliers for updates and confirming receipt of good.
Generating purchase orders using SAP Concur.
Organising the preparation and distribution of new starter equipment kits in collaboration with the recruitment team.
Sending new starter induction informational emails and follow up surveys.
Overseeing the ordering and management of mobile phones, devices, and related SIM cards.
Coordinating the collection of IT equipment from departing employees.
Maintaining current and accurate records of order statuses within our IT request management system.
Supporting the administrative side of IT supplier contract management.
Working on ad hoc administrative tasks within the IT department.
What We Are Looking For:
At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role.
The natural ability to handle several iterative processes at once, and the self-management skills to oversee these tasks effectively daily.
A keen attention to detail is essential.
Strong Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word skills, although additional support and training are available.
Good communication skills are a must, with the confidence to hold suppliers accountable and uphold internal policies and procedures.
Location: Remote (UK Based Only)
Whilst our team operates remotely, we maintain a cohesive and friendly work environment through constant use of Teams chat and video meetings. This way of working is crucial for sustaining our open culture and warm dynamics of our team and require this role to be a part of that.
