The IT Configuration Specialist is responsible for the configuration, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Vita Health Group's patient management systems and supporting applications. Working closely with operational teams, project stakeholders, and third-party suppliers, the post holder will deliver system changes, maintain configuration standards, resolve application issues, and support the successful delivery of new and existing services.
The role combines business-as-usual support with project and service improvement activities, ensuring systems remain reliable, effective, and aligned to operational requirements. The post holder will provide specialist application knowledge, contribute to service mobilisation activities, support governance and change processes, and work collaboratively across the organisation to deliver high-quality system solutions.
