    Position

    You’ll lead the design and delivery of engaging internal communications, that keep colleagues informed, inspired and connected to our values and strategic priorities. Working across teams, and with colleagues at all levels, you’ll manage our internal communication channels, support key projects, and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.

    Requirements

    We’re looking for someone with experience in internal communications who has a talent and passion for creating clear, inclusive and engaging content. You’ll have a proactive, collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, as is the confidence and ability to manage multiple projects and channels. Familiarity with managing internal communication channels and measuring their effectiveness is key, along with a flexible, solutions-oriented approach. Experience in supporting change and culture communications is desirable.
