We’re looking for a hands-on Infrastructure Analyst with proven experience across Azure and Microsoft 365 (Intune & Entra) to join our IT team.
This is a technical support role, focused on resolving issues, maintaining systems, and supporting a modern hybrid environment. It’s best suited to someone with solid foundational experience who is continuing to build their expertise — not someone operating at an architectural or strategic level.
Job Description
🔧 Essential Experience (Applications will be screened against this)
Experience working in a 2nd/3rd line infrastructure support role
Hands-on administration of Azure (VMs, networking, identity)
Experience with Microsoft 365, including Intune and Entra (Azure AD)
Strong understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently in a structured, logical way
Comfortable explaining real examples of issues you’ve diagnosed and resolved
🌐 Nice to Have
Exposure to networking technologies (VPNs, firewalls, routing, switching)
Any Cisco experience or certifications
Scripting or automation (PowerShell)
💡 What You’ll Be Doing
Acting as a technical escalation point for infrastructure issues
Supporting Azure and M365 (Intune & Entra) environments
Troubleshooting across systems, cloud services, and basic networking
Contributing to system stability, security, and incremental improvements
