We're looking for an Information Coordinator to join our Construction team based in various locations across the UK.
Location: Remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Hours: Full-time – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Information Management function, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring compliance with industry standards, including ISO 19650 and the Building Safety Act. As an Information Coordinator, you'll work closely with project teams to implement our information management processes, support our Digital by Default approach, and help deliver projects right first time, every time. You'll be part of a supportive team of over 30 industry professionals who are committed to innovation and excellence.
What will you be responsible for?
As an Information Coordinator, you'll be working within the Information Management team, supporting them in delivering compliant, efficient information processes across projects. Your day to day will include:
Managing the Common Data Environment (CDE) throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with Kier procedures and industry standards
Hosting training sessions and providing ongoing support to project users, including client teams, designers, and subcontractors
Validating and curating all project documentation, including receipt, classification, verification, and distribution
Configuring status reports and digital dashboards to track workflows, submissions, and user activity
Building collaborative relationships with project teams and stakeholders, sharing knowledge and best practice across the business
What are we looking for?
This role of Information Coordinator is great for you if:
You have excellent communication skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams across various projects
You're comfortable managing large volumes of data from multiple sources, ideally within a construction environment
You have competent experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), with Asite being preferred
You're proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
You're a diligent, proactive thinker who enjoys training and supporting others to succeed
