About Paired
At Paired, we’re on a mission to help romantic couples stay in love. So we created a fun, safe space for couples to explore their relationship and grow together. Backed by expert advice and cutting-edge research, our app delivers engaging questions, games, and quizzes that improve key relationship skills in just minutes each day.
And it works. Our app is the #1 couples app globally with +12M downloads, +200,000 daily active users, and more than £5M of fundraising to date. We’ve won multiple awards from Apple and Google, recognising us for our innovative approach to romantic relationship health.
Although we are a remote-first team hiring in the UK and Spain, keeping our employees connected remains extremely important. To bring everyone together, we meet three times a year at various European locations for focused co-working weeks and dynamic team-building activities.
About the Role
We're looking for a bold and strategic Influencer Marketing Lead to own and scale a key growth channel. In this role, you'll turn influencers into a performance engine, not just a brand play, and lead the charge to scale this channel to a six-figure monthly budget with clear ROI targets. You’ll be at the forefront of rethinking how influencers and creators can drive acquisition in a B2C subscription mobile app.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Performance and work cross-functionally with growth, product, and brand teams to weave influencer strategy deeply into our user acquisition funnel. If you're ready to experiment relentlessly, uncover scalable creator strategies, and drive meaningful growth, this is your launchpad.
Key Responsibilities
Own and scale the influencer marketing program as a core acquisition channel tied to CAC, ROAS, and LTV metrics
Lead and manage third-party agencies and partners for influencer discovery, outreach, and onboarding while building a proprietary internal creator database
Independently run campaigns with high-impact creators, from outreach and creative briefing to negotiations, launch, and post-campaign analysis
Test across creator verticals, content formats, and messaging frameworks to identify breakthrough growth levers
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, brand, and creative teams to translate product value into high-converting creator narratives
Explore new channels, partnerships, and/or strategies (e.g., building a high-volume micro-creator network to boost reach) to expand acquisition efforts
Analyze performance rigorously using attribution models, cohort retention, and funnel data to optimize spend and scale what works
Stay ahead of the curve on social algorithms, creator economy trends, and emerging storytelling tactics to evolve our influencer playbook
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience leading influencer marketing as a key performance lever, ideally in a B2C subscription app environment
Proven success scaling paid influencer programs to $100K+ per month while maintaining or improving key acquisition metrics
In-depth platform knowledge (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) with a strong grasp of algorithm dynamics, content trends, and pricing structures
Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with CAC models, attribution windows, cohort analysis, and A/B testing methodologies
Creative and strategic thinker able to derive actionable insights from both qualitative content and quantitative data
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build high-trust creator partnerships and long-term collaboration frameworks
UK or Spain-based with full legal right to work (no visa sponsorship available)
Benefits
Yearly salary of £70K-£75K (UK) / €70K-€75K (Spain)
