At SCL Group, we're passionate about creating opportunities for learners and supporting their success. We're looking for a proactive and learner-focused Inclusion Officer to join our Onboarding & Enrolment Team.
In this role, you'll support prospective learners through every stage of their application journey, providing information, advice and guidance while ensuring they are fully prepared to start their programme. You'll play a vital role in identifying learners who may require additional support, helping to remove barriers to participation and ensuring timely referrals to Learning Support, Careers, Safeguarding and other support teams.
You'll work closely with learners, parents, schools and internal stakeholders to maximise application completion, enrolment conversion and learner engagement, while ensuring compliance and funding requirements are met.

Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Is confident speaking with learners, parents and external partners.
Has strong organisational and administrative abilities.
Can identify learner needs and support positive outcomes.
Is passionate about inclusion, learner success and making a difference.
