  • Are you an analytical, experienced researcher who is passionate about animal welfare? 

    We’re looking for an Impact Evaluation Officer, who will use their expertise to help us measure the impact of a variety of projects across the charity.

    What does this role do?

    As Impact Evaluation Officer, you’ll:

    • be responsible for developing and embedding impact measurement frameworks for use across various projects at Dogs Trust, from fundraising activities to operational activity in our rehoming centres,

    • work closely with teams across the charity, running workshops, focus groups and interviews to identify the impact of projects in their teams,

    • use analytical skills to identify metrics, measures and data collection tools available to measure impact in the most meaningful and productive way.

    Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for Monday 1st September and Tuesday 2nd September, and will take place on Teams.

    Could this be you?

    To be successful in this role, you’ll have strong knowledge and experience of research methods and use of the Theory of Change methodology, including impact measurement framework development and evaluation. You’ll also need excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain evaluation concepts to various audiences. Experience of both qualitative and quantitative data analysis is also essential. Above all, you’ll have a commitment to the aims and objectives of Dogs Trust.
