Do you thrive in a teaching environment where every session can spark confidence, purpose and new opportunities?We’re looking for dynamic, engaging Tutors to deliver our Step Into Care programme — helping adult learners build core skills, gain essential knowledge, and prepare for real employment in a sector that truly matters.
What you’ll do
Deliver high‑impact, supportive learning sessions that prepare learners for roles in Health & Social Care
Bring the curriculum to life with real examples, compassion, and energy
Motivate learners who are brand new to the sector, helping them develop confidence and practical readiness
Work as part of a mission-driven team committed to transforming lives through education
What we’re looking for
Teaching Qualification
Experience in the adult care sector, as well as recent CPD and back-to-the-floor activity
Warm, learner‑centred approach
Passion for care, employability, or adult education
Ability to inspire, encourage and adapt to diverse learner needs
Whilst we normally expect our tutors to hold a recognised teaching qualification, we also recognise that many individuals are qualified by experience. These tutors often bring a wealth of transferable skills and subject expertise that can add real value to our courses.
