The Head of Development and Communications is a dynamic senior leadership role at the heart of In2scienceUK’s mission to transform young lives through access to STEM opportunities. You will shape bold fundraising and communications strategies that bring powerful stories of change to life, inspire supporters, and unlock new partnerships and funding. Leading a talented team and working closely with programme colleagues, you will amplify impact, drive innovation, and grow In2science’s reach and reputation—helping more young people from lower socio-economic backgrounds across the UK realise their potential in STEM.
