We’re looking for a Head of Campaigns & Influence to lead our public campaigning and movement-building work.
This is a senior leadership role at the heart of how Fawcett builds pressure for change. You’ll lead campaigning strategy, turn evidence and policy priorities into clear public asks, and help us mobilise members, supporters and communities in ways that build momentum and deepen our impact.
You’ll work across campaigns, public affairs, digital and membership to make sure our external work is joined up, politically sharp and rooted in women’s lives. You’ll also play a key role in shaping Fawcett’s wider leadership, supporting colleagues to thrive, and helping strengthen our campaigning capacity over time.
We’re looking for someone with strong experience of leading campaigns, advocacy or movement-building work for social or political change. You’ll need to be confident influencing decision-makers, developing compelling campaign strategies, and leading others through inclusive, accountable and values-led management. A strong commitment to women’s rights, intersectional feminist practice and anti-racism is essential.
