Our Head of Business Performance & Membership Services will be responsible for business-critical operations across BASW, including management of Finance, IT, HR and payroll, Governance and Business Development.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced candidate who can demonstrate: -
Divisional/directorate performance management experience
Experience producing business cases / executive papers
Contract Management experience
Experience presenting complex information to senior stakeholders
Excellent verbal communication skills and customer service skills
Good understand of membership systems and databases
Strong leadership and team management skills
Working understanding of GDPR and ensuring safeguarding of data in line with GDPR rules
Good problem-solving skills and able to see more than one way around obstacles
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) / Degree in relevant subject
