The Role:
The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for shaping the brand strategy, strengthening market positioning and driving long-term brand equity. This is a high-impact role, owning the brand across every customer touchpoint and ensuring a consistent, premium and engaging experience across digital, retail and ecommerce channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver the long-term brand strategy aligned with wider commercial objectives.
Define and evolve brand positioning, messaging, tone of voice and value proposition.
Act as the brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Lead the planning and delivery of integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, ecommerce, email, retail and wider marketing channels.
Develop campaign strategies that build emotional connection with customers while achieving commercial objectives.
About You:
Proven experience managing TikTok Shop Affiliate programmes or creator partnerships.
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, UGC strategy, affiliate marketing and social commerce.
Experience sourcing, recruiting and managing creator and influencer relationships.
Highly commercial with strong analytical skills and the ability to optimise campaigns using data and performance insights.
Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Previous experience within ecommerce, consumer goods, beauty, health, wellness or FMCG is highly desirable.
Self-motivated and comfortable working within a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
