Global Education and Partnerships Manager

  • PEAS is seeking a Global Education and Partnerships Manager to join our Technical Team and support a diverse portfolio of education programmes, partnerships, and innovations across Uganda, Zambia, and Ghana.

    This is a strategic role that combines programme quality, education systems strengthening, government partnerships, and programme development. Working closely with country teams and external stakeholders, you will help ensure PEAS’ programmes remain evidence-based, high quality, and positioned for long-term impact.

    Over the next 12 months, priorities are likely to include supporting PEAS’ Zambia portfolio, strengthening government partnerships, contributing to programme innovation, and helping develop new opportunities to improve education outcomes at scale.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Supporting programme quality and continuous improvement across PEAS’ education portfolio

    • Strengthening partnerships with governments and other education stakeholders

    • Contributing to programme development, innovation, and scaling efforts

    • Providing technical input to funding proposals, donor reports, and strategic planning

    • Supporting thought leadership and external engagement activities

    We’re looking for someone with:

    • Strong knowledge of education systems, school improvement, and education reform

    • Experience designing, implementing, evaluating, or scaling education programmes

    • Experience working with governments or education partners in Sub-Saharan Africa

    • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

    • A passion for improving educational outcomes for young people
