Job description
Safeena is the UK’s dedicated Muslim Cancer Support Network, created to ensure no Muslim facing cancer feels alone. As we grow into a professionally governed national charity, we are recruiting a Charity Support and Campaigns Manager to develop and lead community engagement around cancer in the Muslim community.
The Fundraising & Marketing Manager leads Safeena’s national fundraising, digital engagement and public communications strategy. The role is responsible for developing sustainable income streams, delivering high‑impact campaigns, strengthening brand visibility and supporting organisational growth.
You will work closely with the Head of Transformation and senior team to embed professional fundraising systems, diversify income, build donor relationships and deliver culturally and faith sensitive marketing aligned with Safeena’s mission and values.
This role is central to delivering Safeena’s transformation, including:
Income generation and donor stewardship & engagement
Digital campaigns and multilingual outreach
Fundraising strategy development
Community engagement and partnership building
Marketing aligned with Safeena’s three strategic pillars
Supporting quarterly dashboards, reporting and evaluation
