We’re looking for a highly organised Digital Operations Administrator to support the smooth running of our digital function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, is confident managing invoicing and understand agile ways of working. You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations on track, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and visibility across our digital services and clients. What you will do:
Supporting the collection and maintenance of data to enable accurate forecasting and capacity planning
Managing invoicing and subcontractor financial tracking, including the creation and upkeep of clear reporting
Maintaining Jira and Zendesk, including boards, workflows and dashboards to keep operations running efficiently and teams fully supported
Producing and maintaining dashboards that provide visibility of digital performance, workload and delivery progress
Supporting continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting practical solutions
Collaborating across teams to ensure clear communication and smooth delivery of projects and services
What you need:
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Experience supporting invoicing and financial tracking
Ability to gather, analyse and maintain data for forecasting and Capacity planning
Knowledge of agile ways of working (e.g Scrum, Kanban)
Experience using digital collaboration and delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence
Confident producing reports and dashboards to support operation decision making
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong Communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
