Purpose of the roleTo lead the development and lifecycle management of Brook's education and training resources, ensuring they remain evidence-based, curriculum-relevant, and aligned with Brook's values and safeguarding framework. The role is embedded in Brook's education and PSHE and RSE practice, with a particular lead on Traffic Lights and its application across contracts, client relationships, and professional training. The postholder will manage the Education and Training Development Specialist and work in close collaboration with the Head of Commercial Development.
Essential criteria
Demonstrable experience of delivering education directly to children and young people, in a school, youth work, or equivalent setting
Able to produce a wide range of high-quality, relevant, and appropriate resources targeted at specific stakeholder groups
Deep and current knowledge of PSHE and RSE curriculum requirements, statutory guidance, and relevant government policy
A relevant qualification in teaching, training, PSHE specialisms, youth and community work, or equivalent
