Bowel Cancer UK is the UK’s leading bowel cancer charity. We’re determined to save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer. We support and fund targeted research, provide expert information and support to patients and their families, educate the public and professionals about the disease and campaign for early diagnosis and access to best treatment and care.

Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Media) oversees the paid advertising programme at Bowel Cancer UK. Working closely with colleagues across the charity, this role ensures our paid activity is strategic, insight-driven and aligned with organisational goals. You’ll play a key role in raising awareness of our cause, driving supporter acquisition and boosting income.
This is a hands-on role that blends practical campaign management with strong project management and stakeholder engagement to ensure we continually broaden our reach and elevate our ambitions. You’ll oversee our platforms, manage campaigns end-to-end — from scoping and briefing to execution, reporting and continuous improvement — and collaborate with external agencies to optimise campaigns and ensure we’re getting the best out of our suppliers.
This is a pivotal role within our Digital Marketing and Engagement team — perfect for someone with strong analytical skills, deep channel knowledge and a passion for meaningful, mission driven digital marketing.
