Overview
One Further is a digital consultancy that works with leading cultural institutions in the UK and abroad. Our specialisms include website analytics, content strategy, and digital strategy more broadly.
We also support an increasing number of clients with digital advertising services (especially managing Google Ad Grants). Those clients include the likes of Arts Theatre Cambridge, Borough Market, Chichester Festival Theatre, National Portrait Gallery, Oxford Playhouse, Rich Mix, and more.
We’re looking for a digital marketer to join the team who can hit the ground running, take responsibility for delivering projects, and contribute towards this growing part of our business.
You will also contribute to marketing One Further and our projects more generally.
In return, we'll give you the support you need to develop your skills and experience, make a tangible impact, and we’ll do our best to make sure you have a good time doing it.
Responsibilities
You will:
Develop, manage, and optimise paid search campaigns, mostly via Google Ads (especially search) and Meta Ads
Perform keyword research and manage bidding strategies while understanding the specific needs of arts and culture organisations
Track performance, create reports for clients, and provide recommendations based on data analysis
Talk directly with clients to understand their objectives, present results, and maintain relationships
Skills and experience we're looking for
In short, we’re looking for someone who knows the platforms and is good with clients. That will likely involve:
Experience in a similar role, ideally in an agency context
Strong understanding of performance marketing with experience across Google Ads and Meta Ads in particular. We’d expect you to hold current certifications for these and to keep up to date with new developments
Able to communicate well, both verbally and in writing
Able to work independently, managing your own time and priorities effectively
An interest in arts and culture (not essential, but it’ll definitely help).
One Further is an equal opportunities employer. We welcome applications from people regardless of ethnicity, gender, disability, religion, orientation, or age.
