We are looking for a Digital Content Creator to work with instructional designers and other content creators to provide design expertise in delivering high quality digital training and service media. This will include 3 main objectives:
1. To create engaging content that optimises knowledge and skill transference to internal and external customers, optimising on demand training and reducing the reliance on instructor led training.
2. To create instructional videos that train customers how to achieve specific actions, tasks and objectives using the products we provide.
3. To ensure all content is easily accessible to the target audience and regularly evaluated for its performance in delivering against the original design objective (training, support, etc.), and to gather feedback to continually improve our materials.
While the role predominantly focusses on content generation it will encompass additional activities that assist the delivery of training and supporting customers.Key Responsibilities
• Work with the Head of Customer Education and Digital Learning Manager to develop and deliver high quality and engaging on demand training content for internal and external ParentPay Group customers.
• Work alongside subject matter experts to ensure key instructional details are met, as well as maintaining a consistent brand delivery.
• Create and deliver meaningful and impactful educational content across all group products.
• Ability to work with different business stakeholders to create targeted plain English customer communications
• Write engaging, instructional scripts designing to improve our relationship with customers
• Use existing processes, workflows and planning tools to create multi-channel campaignsSkills, Knowledge and Expertise
• Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Motion Graphics/Animations) or similar
• Confident in providing voice over to instructional video content
• Capable of building strong relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders, internally and externally
• Ability to work independently and lead in the design and development of the media you are responsible for
• Confident user of IT software solutions such as Microsoft or Google office tools, task and service management systems, timekeeping software, etc.
• Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
Desirable:
• A history of producing support content or media for a piece of software that educated the end user or helps to overcome a problem.
• Effective time and task management skills
