    About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and adaptable Delivery Manager to lead on critical areas of delivery within our product and engineering function. This role offers the opportunity to contribute at both a strategic and operational level—starting with a high-impact, cross-functional project and the ongoing delivery of a mature, business-critical process. While these will be your initial areas of focus, the role is designed with growth in mind, offering scope to shape and lead future programmes as our priorities evolve

    You will be responsible for:

    • Leading a key, time-bound project involving multiple product, engineering, and business teams, requiring detailed planning, coordination across functions, and clear communication with senior stakeholders and commercial teams.

    • Overseeing the ongoing delivery of an established process, ensuring it runs efficiently, continues to deliver value, and adapts in line with the changing needs of the business, product roadmap, and commercial objectives.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at both structured project delivery and continuous operational improvement within a dynamic product and engineering environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Project Delivery

    • Define scope, success metrics, and delivery plans for a discrete, cross-functional strategic initiative.

    • Coordinate input and execution across teams such as product, engineering, data, marketing, and customer experience.

    • Manage timelines, resources, and cross-team dependencies to ensure coordinated, high-quality delivery across multiple functions.

    • Align stakeholders through clear communication, resolving blockers and maintaining visibility to keep programmes on track and outcomes aligned.

    • Track progress, anticipate risks, and communicate updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

    Ongoing Programme Oversight

    • Own the end-to-end delivery of an established process, ensuring consistency, performance, and incremental improvements.

    • Monitor KPIs, service-level performance, and stakeholder feedback to optimise delivery.

    • Collaborate with process managers, engineers and teams to balance scope, quality, and timelines, and adapt workflows in response to organisational priorities or scale.

    • Ensure documentation, governance, and reporting remain current and effective.

    • Act as the main point of contact for delivery status, risks, and issues for internal and external stakeholders.

    General Programme Management

    • Apply best-in-class programme and project management practices to both domains.

    • Maintain visibility and clarity across dependencies, risks, and decision points.

    • Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

    Skills & Experience

    • 5+ years of experience in project/delivery management or strategic delivery roles, ideally in a technology or service-led environment.

    • Proven success delivering complex, multi-team initiatives and managing ongoing operational programmes.

    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to operate confidently at both senior and operational levels.

    • Strong planning, prioritisation, and risk management capabilities.

    • Familiarity with both Agile and traditional delivery frameworks.

    • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.

    Desirable

    • Professional certifications (e.g. PgMP, MSP, SAFe, PMP).

    • Experience managing delivery in a digital, SaaS, or platform-based environment.

A pragmatic, hands-on approach to both strategic and tactical programme challenges.

In return for everything you can bring, we can offer you an exciting role in a fast-growing and dynamic business, with plenty of career opportunities.
