In this role, you will support the organisation in complying with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. You will be responsible for managing Subject Access Requests (SARs) and Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, maintaining data protection records, and supporting information governance processes. This is a varied and detail-focused role where you will handle sensitive information, contribute to compliance activities, and provide administrative support to the Assurance and Compliance function.About the Role

Manage and coordinate Subject Access Requests (SARs) and Freedom of Information (FOI) requests within statutory deadlines
Review and redact confidential or sensitive information in line with data protection requirements
Support data protection compliance activities, including audits, DPIAs, and maintaining records such as the RoPA
What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, and information governance principles
Experience in an administrative role, ideally within a regulated, health, or social care environment
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with strong organisational skills

This role is for a full-time position at 35 hours per week.

Possession of an Enhanced DBS Check either on the Update Service or conducted within the last 12 months would be preferable but not essential if its applicable to your role.
