In this role, you will take the lead on the management of Data Rights requests, undertake comprehensive data breaches/incident investigations, and responding to, and advising on, enquiries received to the Team inbox or other IT systems.
What are we looking for?Practitioner Certificate in Data Protection or Freedom of Information and/or experience in a data governance role
Extensive experience of data governance role (Data Protection, Freedom of Information, records management)
Proven experience of developing and managing corporate relationships with colleagues
Operational experience of the management of sensitive and confidential corporate data
Proven experience of responding to customer data rights requests
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple data rights requests cases and incidents
Good understanding of the importance of data control and GDPR implications
Experience of compliance work and reporting
Proven experience of being results and solutions driven
Experience of making evidenced based decisions
Self-motivated with good judgment and decision making to deliver against targets
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite including Teams/SharePoint
