Customer Success & Support Specialist
Remote (UK) | Part-Time | 25 hours per week

We’re looking for a Customer Success & Support Specialist to join a growing, product-led PropTech business supporting UK landlords and property investors. This is a remote, part-time role (approx. 25 hours per week) with typical working hours of 10am–3pm, plus flexibility where needed.
This is a unique chance to become the first dedicated Customer Success & Support hire, giving you real influence over how customer experience is shaped. You’ll combine hands-on support with proactive onboarding, ensuring users feel confident and supported from day one.
What You’ll Be DoingResponding to customer enquiries via email and scheduled calls
Delivering confident, engaging software demonstrations to users
Diagnosing issues, reproducing problems, and escalating clearly
Supporting customers who may be stressed about compliance or finances
Helping new users set up properties, tenancies, and workflows
Improving help documentation and identifying gaps
Spotting trends in customer feedback and sharing insights
What We’re Looking For
Experience in customer support or customer success within a software/SaaS environment
Exceptional, confident interpersonal skills – you’ll be speaking directly with customers and leading demos
Strong written and verbal communication
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take ownership
UK-based and available during core UK working hours
Nice to Have
Exposure to landlords, property, or property management
Experience with compliance-focused software
Involvement in creating or improving help documentation
