Working hours: 21 hours per week (3 days)
Salary: £17,199 – £19,179 (£28,665 – £31,965 FTE)

Overall purpose
The Culture Manager will work alongside the Head of Impact and Culture to strengthen team culture, support training and development across the organisation, ensuring high quality onboarding and leadership growth. The role provides coaching-informed support, contributes to a positive organisational culture, and helps ensure that the team feel equipped and confident in their roles.
Key responsibilities
Team Culture & Development
Support and nurture a healthy, positive, and collaborative team culture.
Provide coaching-informed support to team members.
Support on the embedding of our vision, mission and values
Help design and deliver team culture slots from team days to learning slots
Support with the culturally adaptions needed for the international growth of the team
Support the development of the people and culture strategy
Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI)
Support the embedding of equity, diversity and inclusion across the organisation in line with our values and EDI stance.
Encourage inclusive team culture through reflective practice, learning and open conversation.
Ensure induction, training and team culture activities are designed and delivered with inclusion, accessibility and belonging in mind.
Support culturally responsive ways of working as the organisation grows and diversifies
Training & Upskilling
Deliver or coordinate bespoke team trainings, responding to organisational growth and partnership needs.
Support line management training and leadership capability building across the team.
Induction and Onboarding
Lead and develop induction processes to ensure new team members are welcomed, informed, and wellsupported as they begin their roles.
Help design and deliver induction sessions
Administration and Coordination
Coordinate practical administration for training, induction, and team culture activities
Set up and manage Outlook invitations
Prepare, organise, and distribute team day and training packages.
Support logistics for team days, learning events, and culture activities.
Maintain clear records and shared documentation to support consistency and continuous improvement.
Wider team involvement
Contribute towards staff prayers and, on occasion, lead ‘Thought for the Day’.
Provide additional support to other teams when appropriate.
Engage with team-wide meetings and trainings.
