Purpose of the role
The Corporate Partnerships Officer will work within the Fundraising and Partnerships team to support the growth and delivery of Emmaus UK’s corporate partnerships programme. Working closely with the Corporate Partnerships Manager, the role will help manage and develop a portfolio of partners, ensuring strong relationships and a high standard of supporter care. Through effective partnership management and collaboration, this role will support Emmaus UK’s mission to help people affected by homelessness and poverty rebuild their lives and create lasting social change.
Principal responsibilities and duties
Corporate Partnerships
Take ownership of the account management of a range of smaller corporate partner organisations, ensuring high standards of stewardship are maintained at all stages of the partnership.
Develop stewardship plans for each allocated partner, providing compelling impact reports and update communications as required, and ensuring the impact and performance of each relationship is effectively evaluated.
Support the Corporate Partnerships Manager with account management of our higher value partnerships, looking after tasks such as corporate volunteering, gift in kind and pro bono support, and other engagement activities.
Working with the wider High Value
Partnerships team, develop streamlined processes for partnership administration, using project management and CRM systems to monitor workflows
Work with the Corporate Partnerships Manager to develop and maintain a range of digital and print resources and branded materials for partners, to communicate key messages to key contacts and wider staff teams, and support corporate partners in their fundraising activities.
Events and Supporter Engagement
Work with the wider High Value Partnerships Team to plan and deliver stewardship events and engagement opportunities for key supporters, bringing them closer to our work and the impact of their support.
Represent the Emmaus team at key corporate events, challenge events and fundraisers as required.
Deliver ‘Lunch & Learn’ style presentations for new and existing partners, ensuring they have a good understanding of our work and our impact, and feel enthused about their support.
Work with the Individual Giving Team to develop a compelling calendar of events and engagement opportunities for corporate partners.

Financial Management & Reporting
Alongside the Corporate Partnerships
Manager, work towards agreed financial targets for corporate partnerships income as set by the EUK Board of Trustees, taking accountability for the performance of designated relationships.
Maintain clear, accurate and up to date records on the fundraising team’s CRM system, ensuring that financial performance, relationship progression and funding opportunities are well documented.
Work with the Corporate Partnerships Manager to ensure budget setting and forecasting are accurate and realistic.
Team Responsibilities
Participate in team meetings, team review days and other meetings, as agreed with your line manager.
Attend and contribute to regular 1:1s, and annual, appraisals, with your line manager.
Adhere to the Emmaus Code of Conduct and all organisational policies and procedures Carry out any other duties as appropriate for the post.
The post holder is responsible for ensuring their continued professional development, specifically to ensure their knowledge of fundraising is developed and maintained.
