  Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for a role where quality matters more than volume?

  Our client is offering a fully remote opportunity with a genuinely capped caseload, structured onboarding and dedicated post-completion support, giving you the opportunity to focus on delivering excellent legal work and client service without being overwhelmed by unrealistic workloads.

  The Role

  As a Residential Conveyancer / Property Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion.

  Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing residential sales, purchases and remortgages from start to finish
  • Dealing with freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership transactions
  • Investigating title issues and identifying legal risks
  • Carrying out appropriate fraud and compliance checks
  • Providing clear and proactive communication to clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
  • Managing exchange and completion
  • Handling secure fund transfers
  • Preparing and submitting SDLT returns
  • Working closely with the dedicated post-completion team regarding registrations and file closures
  • Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where required

  About You

  We are looking for an experienced residential property professional who is confident managing their own caseload and takes pride in providing excellent client care.

  You will ideally have:

  • Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years' PQE or equivalent experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
  • Strong experience across freehold and leasehold transactions
  • Experience of new build and shared ownership matters
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and client-care skills
  • A proactive, commercially aware and risk-conscious approach
  • The ability to work independently within a fully remote environment
  • Experience using Leap CRM would be advantageous
