    • In Summary…

      We are looking for a creative and self motivated content creator and videographer to join our growing in-house creative team. The role will focus on creating a regular stream of video content for both paid and organic social channels that is on brand, on trend and effective.

      Working closely alongside our Senior Videographer, Creative Director and in-house design and marketing teams, we need someone with an in-depth knowledge of creating high performing content, creating UGC concepts with thumb stopping hooks, and who on occasion won’t mind being in front of the camera as well as behind it.

      The ideal candidate will also have experience with capturing higher quality video and sound with an understanding of lighting for film to create higher end Youtube / website content periodically.


      What does this role involve?

      Creating regular video content for organic and paid social channels

      Editing and iterating top performing concepts for paid ads

      Ideating new creative concepts and taking away briefs from our Creative Director and Head of Performance Marketing

      Appearing in front of camera / recording voiceovers

      Planning, filming and editing longer form video for Youtube and our website.

      Regularly attending and helping to plan location shoots

      Keeping up to date on social trends across TikTok, meta and other social platforms to inform our creative and marketing teams

      You will need / be:

      Creative with an eye for design and detail

      Self motivated with the ability to see a project from ideation through to post production

      Excellent filming and editing skills - confident using both mobile and larger format cameras

      Skills in photography ideal but not required

      Competent in Adobe software (Premiere is a necessity) but equally as comfortable editing in-app on TikTok

      Experience with capturing sound, lighting and styling shoots

      Strong organisational skills - able to plan and execute a shoot and keep a tidy archive of projects and footage

      Some experience in animation / motion graphics is ideal

      A team player, you’ll be working closely across our creative and marketing teams internationally as well as liaising with others across the business
