    At the heart of this role is people - our Community of ambassadors, advocates, influencers, explorers and roamers. You’ll help build and nurture our community across the UK, Germany, France and other key markets. You’ll report directly to the Global Community Manager and work closely with the Social Media team, and the rest of the Brand and Marketing team to help us grow our Community in an authentic, purpose-driven way.

    You’ll be responsible for growing our community of ambassadors, creators and influencers and collaborating on campaigns that amplify their adventurers and stories. You’ll play a key role in managing our thriving Roamers Collective affiliate programme. There will also be opportunities to get involved in content creation, photoshoots and events.

    Responsibilities:

    • Reaching out to new creators, organising collaborations, creating briefs and reporting on content deliverables

    • Helping shape ambassador campaigns that have real impact on the community and the planet

    • Organizing and assisting with community activations and events

    • Managing and growing the Roamers Collective affiliate programme

    • Growing our TikTok and Youtube channels through influencer collaborations and relevant content

    • Creating User Generated Content for our TikTok channel

    • Being a positive, encouraging presence in our brand spaces

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • Strong language skills in English plus German or French

    • Minimum 2 years professional Marketing experience

    • A true roamer who enjoys meaningful Escapism in the outdoors

    • A social media native, adept at Social Media (Instagram, TikTok and YouTube)

    • Up to speed with the latest tools, trends and platforms

    • Experience with influencer management and communications

    • An understanding of brand nuances like tone, personality and visual identity

    • All-round marketing skills with innovative ideas and good project management

    • Positive and can-do attitude in a challenging and evolving environment

    • Proactive and organised, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously

    • An eye for creativity, design and copywriting

    • Experience working to targets, managing KPIs and delivering to deadlines
