    The Role:

    Are you an experienced Mental Health Practitioner looking to expand your impact beyond direct client work? We're seeking an exceptional professional to join our clinical leadership team in this innovative and rewarding role.

    You'll play a pivotal role in supporting fellow practitioners across our service, providing expert guidance and duty support to help them navigate complex mental health assessments, treatment pathways, and risk management decisions with confidence. This is your opportunity to make a real difference to both clinicians and clients while developing your leadership expertise.

    Working alongside a forward-thinking and dynamic team, you'll contribute to maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice—through case reviews, clinical audits, and competency support. You'll help ensure our practitioners deliver safe, professional, evidence-based care that adheres to NICE guidelines and best practice standards.

    This role is perfect for a passionate Mental Health Practitioner who wants to support colleagues, elevate clinical standards, and contribute to a service truly dedicated to improving mental health and wellbeing.     Skills and Experience:

    Essential:

    • HCPC or NMC registration

    • Experience of working with a range of mental health presentations

    • Passionate about clinical quality and supporting therapists to be the best they can be for their clients
