Commercial Contracts Administrator

Employer: Medigold Health  

Location: Home based within the UK, with travel as required

Working hours: Full-time 

Salary: £30,000

  • As a Commercial Contracts Administrator at Medigold Health, you will support the effective administration and management of commercial contracts across the business. This role focuses on contract coordination, documentation, compliance checks, and supporting negotiations as required. You will work closely with Sales, Relationship Managers, and the Legal team to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and processed efficiently in line with agreed commercial terms.

    This is a delivery-focused role suited to someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of commercial contracts, who is looking to develop their experience within a commercial function. An interest in Legal Operations would be beneficial. The role offers exposure to CLM workflow administration, template playbook governance, reporting and continuous improvement - supporting career development toward Legal Ops and/or contract operations.

    Main Objectives

    • Support the administration of commercial contracts throughout their lifecycle, from draft to execution and renewal.

    • Ensure contracts are complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and agreed commercial terms.

    • Provide reliable contract-related support to internal stakeholders.

    • Maintain clear and up-to-date contract records and reporting via the management of workflows within the Ironclad CLM system.

    Specific Responsibilities

    • Administer the commercial contract lifecycle, including document preparation, version control, execution, renewals, and variations.

    • Support contract negotiations by preparing draft documents, schedules, and supporting information, escalating issues where required.

    • Carry out contract compliance checks to ensure alignment with approved pricing, templates, and internal policies.

    • Liaise with Sales, Relationship Managers, and Commercial colleagues to gather required information and resolve queries.

    • Support the management of contract amendments and extensions.

    • Assist with the identification and logging of contractual risks, escalating concerns to senior colleagues as appropriate.

    • Produce regular contract status and activity reports for the Commercial team.

    • Support continuous improvement of contract administration processes and documentation.

    • Maintain basic market, product, and commercial awareness relevant to the role.

    Requirements for this role

    • Bachelor's Degree level or equivalent.

    • Experience in an administrative role.

    • Understand, demonstrate, and promote the Company’s Genetic Code.

    • Experience managing confidential data in line with UK GDPR requirements.

    • Be able to attend meetings and training sessions as required.

    • Time & diary management – must be able to manage own time and diary, whilst working remotely across the UK, attending client meetings and Medigold Health sites were required.

    • The ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines in line with client and business requirements.
