Working hours: 37.5 hours per week - 7.5-hour shifts Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 8:00pm - 1 in 3 Saturdays (9:00am to 2:00pm)
Salary: £26,000 per annum, plus the opportunity to earn a bonus of up to £1,000 per year

Make a Real Difference When Customers Need Support Most
Every conversation has the potential to make a positive impact. As a Collections Executive at Target Group, you'll work with customers experiencing financial difficulties, helping them find practical solutions and regain control of their finances.
This is a role where empathy, active listening, and problem-solving go hand in hand.
What You'll Be Doing
Speaking with customers who have fallen into financial hardship against secured products such as Mortgages
Taking the time to understand each customer's individual circumstances
Conducting income and expenditure reviews to assess affordability
Agreeing realistic and sustainable repayment arrangements tailored to customer needs
Providing reassurance and support through clear, professional communication
Identifying vulnerable customers and signposting them to appropriate support services where needed
Delivering fair customer outcomes while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Creating positive customer experiences by getting things right first time

Previous collections, recoveries, arrears or debt management experience
Experience working within Financial Services
